SHIPPING POLICY

Art Prints

Prints are shipped in either a reinforced tube or flat packaging to ensure safe delivery.

Delivery Times:

Open Edition orders usually ship out within 72-hours of your purchase, and will be sent with USPS for Domestic orders and DHL Express for International orders. Open edition prints are fulfilled and shipped by Lumaprints, from their warehouse in CA or KY, depending on your location.

Limited Edition orders usually ship out within 2-4 weeks of your purchase, as these are custom made and will require Amara to inspect and sign them before shipping them to you. Limited edition prints will be shipped with a signed Certificate of Authenticity and will require signature on delivery.

If multiple items are ordered at once and each item has different ship times, they will all be shipped together according to the longest ship time estimated.

International Shipments are subject to Duties/Tariffs/Customs and these charges are the responsibility of the buyer. International shipments may take longer than the given estimates, and expedited shipping is not available. Amara has no control over carrier delays and shipping times and shall not be held responsible for any delays.

*Customs & duties are not included. Buyer is responsible for all import fees applied by their local customs authority.

*Holidays can create delays that are out of Amara’s control. If you haven’t received your package within 14 days of shipment, please contact me and I will look into the status of your order.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Returns are not accepted as all prints are custom made. Exchanges for an item of equal value may be issued at Amara’s discretion. In this event, buyer will be responsible for packaging the order and shipping it back to Amara at their own expense. The new item will be shipped out once Amara has received the original, undamaged item.

If your print is damaged in transit, please contact me with photos and your order number within 7 days of receiving the item. Open edition prints will be replaced and shipped out within 72 hours. Limited Edition prints will be replaced and shipped within 2-4 weeks. Please note that any Limited Edition print replacements due to damage will require you to provide evidence of the print being destroyed in order to receive a replacement. You will be required to return the damaged print at Amara’s expense, or asked to send proof of destruction, depending on your location and return shipping costs. If required to provide proof of destruction, Amara will request an image of the print torn in half and VOID written on each half in sharpie (on the back of the print). This is the only way to protect the integrity of the edition while ensuring you receive work in proper condition.

*As you will be required to sign for delivery, please reject the package if there is visible damage to the packaging and contact me immediately with your order number. This ensures the carrier returns the package on your behalf and helps with insurance.

WEBSITE WIDE POLICY 

All import fees domestic and international are the responsibility of the buyer. As a USA-based business, Amara has no control over international ship costs and times. Amara is not to be held accountable for any import fees, or your countries tax or mailing laws. Amara is not to be held accountable for items lost in the mail or provide a refund for lost items. Any replacement of items lost in the mail is at Amara’s discretion and the choice to replace an order in no way binds Amara to replace a future order for the same customer or replace an order for a different customer.
